Push Notification Tokens: We may collect device-specific tokens to enable push notification functionality for conference updates and event reminders.

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), a service provided by Google, to send push notifications about conference events, updates, and important announcements. When you use our app, we collect device tokens that are necessary for delivering notifications to your device.
These tokens are managed by the Google Firebase platform and are associated with general notification channels (topics) to which users may optionally subscribe. As a Company, we do not use these tokens to identify or target specific individuals, but only to send messages to all subscribers of a channel.

No personally identifiable information is collected or processed through Firebase Cloud Messaging. Device tokens are used solely for notification delivery and are not shared with third parties except Firebase (Google) for the purpose of delivering notifications. You can opt-out of receiving push notifications at any time through your device settings.
The app can add conference events to your device's calendar when you choose to set reminders for events. This feature requires your permission and is only used to write event information (date, time, location, description) to your calendar. We do not access, read, or collect any existing calendar data from your device. This integration is entirely optional and user-initiated.
